HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Job Overview
Work location: Caohejing, Xuhui, Shanghai
- Serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to business leadership team and their direct reports.
- Serve as part of the business HR team to lead the delivery of strategic talent, organization design and organizational effectiveness support across the business.
- Partner with business leadership team to analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR interventions.
- Partner with business leadership team to drive the execution of global HR processes on goal setting, performance review, compensation planning, workforce planning and others in support of the business.
- Coordinate effectively with the overall HR organization to effectively lead the successful delivery of the HR solution required to drive the business imperatives.
- Contribute to the realization of the HR operating model with the objective of continuously improving HR performance and enhancing HR’s capability to support the growth objectives of the business.
- Provide leadership team with professional HR support in a variety of activities including employment, labor cost management, employee relations, hiring, termination and data analysis/metrics.
- Promote a culture that reflects our company values, encourage outstanding performance, promote a positive work environment and reward productivity.
- Other PMO support of talent related project as per need across AP regions.
Job Requirements
Education & experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above; HR-related major preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of HR professional experience, with 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist from MNC organisations, industrial industry preferred.
• Exposure to multiple HR disciplines; COE experience (e.g., Talent Management or Talent Acquisition) is a plus.
