HR Business Partner, Auto APAC
Job Overview
The Automotive AP HR Business Partner will implement Human Resources policy at the business unit level while partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management).
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
• Partnering with Auto AP HRBP head to drive the execution of global HR processes, such as goal setting, mid and year-end performance reviews, Organizational Leadership Review, compensation cycle and others in support of the business leaders across AP
• Support the AP HRBP to Coach, counsel, and influence business leaders across AP region in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and career development
• Support Automotive AP HR head and country HR team with determining needs of the organization utilizing strategic workforce plan (SWFP)
• Identify and Drive improvement on HR work at region and country levels with clear aim to assist the BU country GMs in making decisions.
• Proactively identify opportunities and areas of improvement to improve employee engagement
• Interact and manage relationship with HR corporate functions and collaborate with peers and other HR teams inside the businesses to drive common initiatives, as well as share and implement best practices
• Promote a culture that reflects our company values, encourage outstanding performance, promote a positive work environment and reward productivity, establishing TE as an employer of choice
Qualifications
• BS degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR for different functions, with HRBP experience
• Solid C&B experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in the core HR process of global organizations
• Business acumen and talent management experience enabling effective coaching of functional leaders supported
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization;
• Experience working with teams beyond China will be a clear plus.
