The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the Sr HRBP Manager – Global Operations, to provide HR support to the Data and Devices central operations teams (MPDE, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Footprint, EHS and PBL) as well as provide HR support to a variety of global transformation projects. 
As it relates to the HR Business Partnering aspects of the role, the incumbent will support the development and execution of a broad range of human resources activities and initiatives including organizational and talent development, change management, succession pipeline, workforce planning and talent acquisition. In addition, the role will support driving alignment and continuity of HR initiatives across central operation functions and regions.
This role will also provide HR support to a variety of function led transformation projects to ensure timely and accurate tracking and execution of HR deliverables and. This role presents an exciting opportunity to think and work globally within a complex, dynamic environment to enable business outcomes through people and organization initiatives.
This position can be based in any TE China location.

What your background should look like:

Key Responsibilities
•Serve as part of the D&D HR team to support the Global Operations function. This role will support the design and delivery of strategic HR initiatives including organizational and talent development, change management, succession pipeline, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
•Support project-based work on business-critical strategic imperatives.
•Analyze trends and metrics as they apply to client groups, assist in developing proactive actions and act upon them to further support business objectives and people strategy.
•Maintain a dashboard to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for central operation teams and transformation projects.
•Assist central operation teams in determining the needs of the organization and develop workforce plans along with learning and development plans to grow and develop the team.
•Utilize project management methodology and governance tools to manage, track and create alignment across initiatives, teams and regions.
•Coordinate effectively with a wide range of partners including HR Regional Partners, HR COE and HR Services to effectively deliver HR initiatives required to drive the business imperatives.
•Enable employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities. Support employee engagement pulse surveys and address critical action items.
•Support and coordinate all HR related projects/Initiatives in Operations Function, perform HR Data/reports collection, consolidation, and analysis as need.
•Act as the Ops HR communication focal contact for all HR related communications, announcement, and news in Ops team.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / HR KNOWLEDGE
•Bachelor’s degree or above; Business / HR related major preferred.
•Typically requires 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment.
•Typically requires minimum 3+ years HR Generalist / HRBP related experience; breadth of HR knowledge & skills in a variety of fields preferred.
•Experience working in global or international organizations.
•Experience in manufacturing environments a plus.
•Business Acumen (understand how the business works from customers and markets to operations and financial points of view) in creating value for TE.
•HR Functional Expertise: Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations (Works Councils, Unions, labor in various countries)
•Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to present confidently.
•Experience with project management and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
