Be part of our journey to transform our Supply Chain Operations within Digital Data Networks Business unit (DDN BU).

It’s an unmatched global opportunity to drive upstream supply chain performance (LT & MOQ) improvement across network of 7 In-house factories, spanning across Asia/Mexico and Private Brand Labels (PBL, Outside Group Vendor), to contribute manufacturing and End to End Lead time continuous improvement. This pivotal role enables a step change in supply chain operational performance (cash, cost and customer delivery experience) via building agility, resiliency, and reliability with our supplier network. It achieves this by designing, qualifying, implementing, and digitalizing delivery processes, holistically for sourcing from suppliers.  Therefore, positioning the organization for long-term success in a dynamic and competitive global marketplace.

You should have experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Procurement and Material Management, with a passion for improving business performance from shop floor operations to executive level.  This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization. This role provides a unique path to grow, while developing both business acumen and technological edge. Role will report to the Upstream Flow Management and Manufacturing Supply Chain Performance Leader(UFM) for Digital Data Networks “DDN” Business Unit.

What your background should look like:

Vendor Delivery Performance Management:
Monitor, Track and Orchestrate the Vendor Operations Performance with Organization on regular basis against established KPI (MOQ, Lead Times, Shipment Reliability, Forecast Reliability).
Analyze historical performance data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding vendor relationships and drive supplier accountability.
Lead Regular cross-functional reviews(factory supply chain & global procurement) to share insights on Trends, Deviations, Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan Progress. Address Issues and drive Decision Making with stake holders to mitigate risks.
Digitalize to help in animation. Heatmaps to drive focus and prioritization.
Qualify and Guarantee Vendor Master Data Health
Improve Manufacturing ALT Accuracy % - monitor and challenge factory to improve, make sure TRLT reliability improvements.
Lead dedicated cases of customer LT/MOQ improvement request with Procurement and Plant supply chain.
Process Optimization:
Evaluating existing upstream supply chain processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvement. Implementing best practices and ensuring that processes are standardized and streamlined across factories.
Establish supply network operational excellence (SNOE) reviews with Key Vendor at regular frequency, with clear agenda and agreed action plan to improve performance.


Skill Network and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Developing cross-BU network of Subject Matter Experts. Sharing Best Practices, Documentation, and development of BU Upstream Playbook, including Make-Buy Decision Making, New Product Introduction (NPI), vendor changes, industrial transfers, and business acquisition.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in the upstream supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them. Ensuring supply chain resilience and contingency planning to handle disruptions effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization. Seeking feedback from stakeholders and leveraging lessons learned to refine strategies, establishing volution of in-process KPIs and achieve better results.
Key metrics:

End to End LT & Manufacturing LT (ALT, LT accuracy, LT effectiveness)
Upstream Delivery Performance improvement (vendor ALT, advertised LT, Ship to Request; Ship to Schedule; Lead Time and MOQ Reduction)
Enhanced Production Plan Reliability
Improved Operational Efficiency (Inventory Turn Reduction, Lead Time Reduction)

 

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a multinational and complex global environment. Progressively more responsibility and experience in Procurement and Factory Supply Chain Management leadership roles.
  • High proficiency in Vendor Management, Procurement and Material Management.
  • A recognized leader for continuous improvement.
