FINANCE ANALYST IV - MFG & OPERATIONS

Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate monthly and quarterly financial results and summarize and report the quarterly rolling forecast of the manufacturing variance, as well as financial related metrics.
• Track, report, and analyze trends from productivities to establish projections and better understand results.
• Manage the consolidation and presentation processes for regular operation meeting from finance perspective.
• Assist in the preparation / review of operational activities, eg. TEBIT reviewing, Capex reviewing, including but not limited to Reports provided to operation Leadership, APAC.
• Design ad hoc financial models for scenario analysis on operations.
• Assist Sites Leader in achieving Star Level targets and continuously promote simplification and optimization across Auto APAC Finance Community.
