Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to the Sales Leaders and/or Product General Manager and Product Management team. These positions are expected to ensure profitable growth by improving Sales and/or Product Management performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items. Financial responsibilities include evaluating PAC projects, capital investments, product extensions, product pricing and rebate agreements, Strategic Plan process and long term P&L modelling, competitive and scenario analyses, driving financial intelligence and rigor across Finance and other non-Finance functions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to the commercial team
•    Perform regular pricing reviews and financial impact assessment
•    Review customer payment term / credit limit / shipment release / Band draft
•    Prepare regular AR analysis and drive past-due AR reduction
•    Review rebate programs, analyzing rebate performance (including calculation, validation, monthly accrual tracking and FCST), ensuring compliance with rebate agreement
•    Participate in annual consignment stock-taking activities
•    Be the finance partner of sales team and continuously drive internal customer’s satisfactory
•    Actively involve into TEOA-F and digitalization projects and drive process improvement

 Background and Skill:
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics
•    Background of working at finance / business analysis positions in multinational companies for no less than 3 years
•    Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance team 
•    Fluent in English
