Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Field Application Engineering Teams work intimately with customers to recommend products and solutions for new and existing applications. They identify new applications, requirement modifications and enhancements to meet customer specifications and conduct on-site installation and service of product and are responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle for potential application of company products to meet customer needs, including identifying opportunities; determining solutions; creating demand; preparing detailed product specifications and technical marketing support; ensuring high quality and timely project execution and conducting follow-up technical support. They also approve operational quality of systems and equipment.

What your background should look like:

Technical support, installation supervision, training installation teams and trouble shooting with the objective of pre-sales and after sales services to cusomters within HVCA/MVCA product.
Installation supervision
Response to Sales request to provide on-site installation supervision service in order to make sure our HVCA/MVCA products will be well installed accoridng to our Proudction installation instruction; 
Installation Project planing and management
1, plan installation projects and manage installers from TE installation partners and follow up installation progress in order to make sure the installation teams are able to provide the satisfied installation service for our products;
2, communciating with PM for collecting updated information for production installation instruction, and inform the information to related installation teams;
Installation quality check for functional defect
answering the request from Customer quaity to  check installation qualify for defect in the first place; 
Trouble shooting
communicate and coordinate related functions for quality issue occurred during installation process;
