Job Overview

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement initiatives to advance the organization's environmental and sustainability strategy.

Job Requirements

Execution of the BU’s global scope 1 & 2 emissions reduction strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Seg & Corporate sustainability commitments. Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve BU’s scope 1 & 2, waste reduction, water saving targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Roadmap
- Implement the BU’s scope 1 & 2, waste reduction and water saving strategy. 
- Driving KPIs, timelines, and accountability frameworks for scope 1 & 2, waste and water consumption reduction.
- Push & supervise sustainability digital equipment rolling out.

2. Data Management & Reporting
- Oversee and calculate the BU’s scope 1 & 2, waste and water data
- Implement data collection systems and ensure audit readiness
- Work with Seg and Corporate team for accurate reporting and disclosures 

3. Stakeholder Communication
- Present progress to BU leadership teams, Seg and Corporate scope 3 teams and customers if needed.
- Represent the BU to liaison with Seg and Corp scope 1 & 2, waste and water functions.  

4. Customer Care
- Represent DDN EHS & Sustainability to take care of customers’ EHS & sustainability queries and concerns

5. Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) coordination
- As RBA coordinator of the BU, lead RBA audit arrangement. Provide RBA relevant support to customers concerned.

What your background should look like

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environment Science or related field. Master’s preferred.  
2. Experience  
- 5+ years in sustainability management, with 3+ years managerial or project leader role in an MNC. 
- Knowledge and experience for scope 3 is a preference 
- Proven track record in:  
  - People/project management in global matrix organizations
  - Successfully drive energy saving , water saving and waste reduction programs
  - RBA audit exposures
  - Customer care experiences in terms of sustainability


 3. Skills 
- Technical: Advanced scope 1 & 2, water saving and waste reduction driving skills.  
- Leadership: Strong influencing skill, able to lead and coordinate all relevant functions and manufacturing sites to fulfill scope 1 & 2 roadmap, set up action plans and achieve targets.
- Languages: Fluent English  
 

4. Desired Attributes
- Strategic thinker with operational execution skills
- Ability to simplify technical data for business decisions
- Experience in manufacturing operations and logistics  
- Work experience in electronic/electric/mechanical industries is preferred.
