Directs regional or global manufacturing operations of all manufacturing plants and facilities.

Job Requirements

  • Providing leadership for defining and executing strategies, initiatives, and support of manufacturing operations regionally or globally.
  • Directing the process for selection, acquisition, and maintenance of manufacturing and operations technologies and systems.
  • Directing, motivating, and developing management team; overseeing staffing, staff development, and performance management. Ensuring effective labor relations.
  • Ensuring competitiveness, efficiency, and efficacy of manufacturing processes and systems.

What your background should look like

Generally requires B.S. with 20 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 15 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 10 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
