Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

1) 订单录入
1. 根据客户提供的订单和预测(通过邮件、网站等),整理后及时导入SAP系统,确保订单和预测的正确性。
2. 分析客户的需求波动,及时通知到相关部门。
2) 跟踪料况,确保及时发货
1. 根据客户的需求,协调内部计划员及时出货、入库,协调仓库及时发货,跟踪货物送达客户端。包括客户的新项目样品件、量产件及售后件需求。
2. 了解VMI/CMI的操作流程,定期跟踪VMI/CMI的库存水位,及时补货;并跟踪管理客户已消耗但未开票的数量,以及已收货但未消耗的库存。
3) 每月管控货款
针对客户没有及时支付的到期货款,需要催促客户付款,达到每月指标。
4) 质量问题处理
利用SAP系统对公司内部已经确定的质量问题进行退换货或者退货退款的安排。
5) 客户特殊要求
1. 了解并在SAP里维护客户发货时的要求,如标签、送货单、周转包材等。
2. 每月根据客户提供的结算单进行对账,并通知财务开票。
6)其他
相关paper work的操作,如RMA,CR&DR,Rebate,Cost claim等

What your background should look like:

职位要求:
1) 大学本科,英语四级,有工作环境中的商务英语读写能力
2) 有相关客服经验两年以上
3) 有较强的协调,沟通,抗压能力
4) 有SAP系统使用经验
5) 掌握MS Office (e.g. Excel) 基本技能
