CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST I

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

本职位直接对口国内汽车行业中的线束客户,隶属于销售部,工作重点是根据客户要求的时间,协调公司内部资源确保货物准时送达客户端。

主要工作内容如下:

 

  1. 订单录入

客户订单由软件直接导入SAP系统,该职位需要根据系统提示的问题,协调客户,销售,计划解决问题,确保订单的正确性。

 

  1. 跟踪料况,确保及时发货

仓库有库存能满足客户订单时间,则SAP系统自动安排发货

若库存无法满足客户要求的发货时间和数量,该职位需要协调内部计划员及时追货,清关,入库,协调仓库及时发货送达客户端。

  1. 每月管控货款

针对客户没有及时支付的过期货款,需要催促客户付款,协助销售达到每月指标。

  1. 质量问题处理

利用SAP系统,对公司内部已经确定的质量问题进行退换货或者退货退款的安排。

职位要求:

  1. 大学本科,英语四级
  2. 有相关跟单或计划经验两年以上
  3. 有较强的协调,沟通能力
