Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

What your background should look like:

分析客户订单状态,将现有的库存,合理分配给客户

针对需求大于供货的PN, 为了保证大多少客户的正常生产,需要将有限的库存数量根据客户订单的数量,交期,周需,断点等进行合理的分配。

目前公司已经搭建了一个分货系统,可以解决部分的供需问题,还需要针对系统无法满足的特殊需求,做人工的干预和调整。

对供不应求的物料进行紧急程度的分级。

供货量和客户需求量的差异,决定了物料的紧急程度,需要根据客户反馈划分物料的紧急程度。

组织会议推动解决供货问题

最紧急的物料,组织和计划团队开会,推进供货问题的解决。同时管理客户不合理的需求。

     职位要求:

  1. 大学本科
  2. 有相关跟单或计划员经验两年以上经验
  3. 有较强的协调,沟通能力
  4. 有较强的数据分析能力,和软件运用能力
