CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE V

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

What your background should look like:

工作职责:

  1. 和销售,产品管理等团队合作,根据供应和需求情况做预测并提出建议,确保满足客户的正常生产;
  2. 根据供需差异,及时干预和调整,确定优先顺序,合理分配物料;
  3. 积极调动资源,与各部门协力合作解决供货等问题;
  4. 其他支持客户订单的相关工作。

 

 

任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上;
  2. 专业背景:不限,供应链管理等专业,或有意从事客户需求管理工作的其他专业亦可
  3. 良好的英语水平,具备听说读写能力;
  4. 有较强的沟通能力和协调能力;
  5. 积极融入团队,乐于做出贡献
