Job Overview

Works collectively with all aspects of the Supply Chain to ensure the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Carrying out contract reviews on orders/schedules and processing them in online systems.
  • Conducting regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, backlog and other general support issues.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste elimination.

What your background should look like

Typically requires more than 6 years of related work experience. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. May be considered entry level for employees with Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent.
