Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.

This role will support sales team to do data analysis and figure out the difference. Internally tracking some key tasks with other function team. This role will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, operation, marketing within the business unit.  This role will require the strong communication、industry knowledge and improve the skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team for performance management
  • New market analysis and action plan set to help sales team figure out the actions
  • Assist sales operation team for process and operation implement
  • Strong responsibility for following up the key task and actions
  • Good communications within cross function team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/master’s in business
  • Good English communication skill is plus
  • Industry knowledge
  • Good self-motivation and result-driven
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving
  • Excel skill

What your background should look like

Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
