This role will support sales team to do data analysis and figure out the difference. Internally tracking some key tasks with other function team. This role will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, operation, marketing within the business unit. This role will require the strong communication、industry knowledge and improve the skills.
Responsibilities
- Support sales team for performance management
- New market analysis and action plan set to help sales team figure out the actions
- Assist sales operation team for process and operation implement
- Strong responsibility for following up the key task and actions
- Good communications within cross function team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/master’s in business
- Good English communication skill is plus
- Industry knowledge
- Good self-motivation and result-driven
- Strong aptitude for problem solving
- Excel skill
What your background should look like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
