Job Overview
The coordinator will support project management team/function to handle some documentation and routine works. This role will work with cross-functions including product manager, engineer, sales and manufacturing, etc. to maintain the required information, data and report.
Responsibilities
• Strong responsibility for following up procedure carefully.
• Maintain the project information in IT system (TE Project).
• According to project manager’s request to create and update the documents, like excel format action plan, MS-project timeline file etc.
• Good communications within cross-functions to collect and transfer valuable information and data.
• Project meeting minutes records and distributing.
• Maintain the project resource plan according to Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in project system after project manager and function manager assign the resource.
• Maintain the project schedule in project system after project manager and function manager determine the job breakdown with duration.
• Record the risks with contingency plans after the project team and extended team identify the risks in advance.
• Input the required information and generate a project report which needs to be presented to senior management.

Qualifications
• Preferred majors: Project Management, Finance/Accounting, Statistics, Software engineering, Marketing etc.
• Good skills at MS-Office: EXCEL, MS-project is a plus.
• Good willingness to learn / exploring new things, Brave to ask questions about things that not fully understand, Brave to raise concerns.
• Good skills in English reading and writing.
• Good self-motivation and result-driven
• Flexible work schedule to effectively work global teams and diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong aptitude for problem solving
