Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Business Intelligence Teams are responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责: 
Digital Factory Deployment and Development
(i)Responsible for the implementation and deployment of corporate-developed applications within factory settings, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
(ii)Design, develop, and maintain digital factory applications that improve operational efficiency and support business growth within our manufacturing facilities.
(iii)Continuously improve and optimize the performance of applications based on user feedback and system analytics.

AI Model Deployment and Maintenance
(i) Seamless collaboration with corporate AI teams to design and develop advanced AI models and tailored to specific business problems or application requirements.
(ii)Oversee the deployment of AI models from development environments to production environments, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
(iii)Set up monitoring and alert systems to detect and respond to any issues that may arise during the operation of the AI systems.
(iiii)Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed AI models, including updating and retraining as needed to adapt to changing business conditions or data characteristics.
AI模型部署和维护

Big Data Analysis and Mining
(i)Collect, integrate, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct exploratory and advanced data analysis using statistical methods and visualization tools to identify improvement opportunities.
(ii)Apply data mining algorithms to discover hidden patterns and valuable insights. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present analysis results to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration and Communication
(i)Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to define project requirements and deliverables.
(ii)Communicate technical findings and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
(iii)Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions to contribute to the overall team development.

Requirements 岗位要求: 
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing digital factory and AI models, preferably in a professional setting.
Strong programming skills in languages like C++, Python, Java, etc.
Solid capabilities on data analysis and data mining.
Skilled on oral English as working language.
Communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skill, Project management skills
计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习或相关专业的学士学位以上。
有实施数字工厂和AI模型的经验。
精通C++、Python、Java等计算机语言编程。
具备大数据分析和数据挖掘能力。
熟练使用英语作为工作语言。 
沟通和协调能力、解决问题的能力、项目管理技能、良好的沟通技巧，能够与跨职能团队有效合作。
