ROLE STATEMENT:
The TE Connectivity Energy Business Unit is currently seeking for an Operations Administrative Support with exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal) to provide comprehensive administrative assistance. This role will be reported to the APAC General Manager also supports the APAC Finance director and other regional General Managers within the APAC region.
In this role you will coordinate communications and ensure smooth workflow while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This role requires strong language skills for drafting reports, emails, and other business documents with precision and clarity. You will have a close collaboration with the supporting teams such as Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create or support the creation of internal announcements, documents, meeting minutes, PowerPoint, and
correspondence.
· Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support for the General Managers.
· Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication. Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality.
· Team player – address ad-hoc administrative requests with efficiency and problem-solving mindset.
· Process General Manager expense reimbursement, ensure compliance with company policies.
· Support Project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
KEY EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
· Working experience of minimum five years in an administrative capacity; large corporation administrative experience preferred.
· Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Must have advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Detail oriented with exemplary organization skills.
· High level of numeracy/attention to detail
· High level of confidence, integrity and motivation.
· Discretion in handling sensitive information.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities; adept at multitasking.
· Must be proactive, responsive and resourceful – taking initiative to solve problems for the business if possible. Always a “Can do attitude”.
· Highly flexible and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
· An ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers and internal personnel with a level of discretion.
· Ability to learn reporting systems.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
