Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Marketing teams are responsible for broad marketing strategy and execution across all marketing and/or digital activities including integrated, digital, communications, product marketing, etc., for a business, region, country or corporate function by developing clear and compelling positioning and value propositions and go-to-market approaches for new product introductions. They are also responsible for brand portfolio management, aligning with corporate frameworks, including marketing plans for newly acquired brands and creative direction of all marketing communications, overseeing brand experience across all marketing and customer, sales and employee touch points. They develop and implement an integrated strategy for digital marketing, including the website and social media, digital advertising campaigns that lead the marketing community in accelerated adoption of emerging digital and content-centered marketing practices and lead development and delivery of best practice marketing communications by leveraging industry trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights and analysis in developing compelling marketing programs. 

What your background should look like:

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop regional project plans and manage the successful completion of key marketing projects aligned with strategic business goals
•    Contribute to the development of marketing programs that are aligned with growth objectives and targets which may include all element of the marketing mix
•    Work closely with engineering, sales, product management, key partners to develop and execute Marketing deliverables including collateral, communications, digital assets, social media, PR, content, and other tactics associated with B2B marketing best practices
•    Manage all digital channels in APAC – website, SEO, SEM, email, social, and web to expand reach and optimize customer experience
•    Act as day-to-day liaison with digital and social media in APAC, providing content ideas and feedback, and analyze monthly and quarterly measurement 
•    Manage the logistics for key industry events, exhibits and tech fairs including identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing messaging and post-event reporting
•    Understand key customer segments and develop a linkage with Voice of the Customer program outputs to refine messaging, core value proposition and campaigns
•    Leverage the Segment marketing resources to execute the logistics associated with successful completion of Integrated Marketing campaign deliverables
•    Working closely with Center Marketing and Communications Team to leverage shared strengths and resources whenever possible and ensure alignment in campaign messaging 
•    Support close partnership with regional distributor partners to better support business growth in distribution. This includes driving programs and ROI to proactively drive sales 

Key Qualifications:
•    BA/BS – preferably advanced education and/or coursework
•    5+ years of integrated / digital marketing, corporate communications and/or brand management experience in a Business to Business or technology company
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
•    Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously
•    Experience in regional integrated campaign development/management
•    Proficient in Adobe marketing tools, including experience with content publishing, social media posting, targeting, and listening (AEM, Adobe Analytics), SEO and SEM, ABM, CRM and Sales and Marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Salesforce, Tableau), and proficient in MS Office.
•    In-depth knowledge and experience with event planning and execution
•    An innovative thinker and creative problem solver, ability, and willingness to challenge the status quo
•    Strong collaboration and influencing skills
•    Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record of forging excellent relationships at multiple levels of an organization
•    Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel 
•    Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
•    Familiarity with Eloqua and Salesforce a plus
