Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Marketing teams are responsible for broad marketing strategy and execution across all marketing and/or digital activities including integrated, digital, communications, product marketing, etc., for a business, region, country or corporate function by developing clear and compelling positioning and value propositions and go-to-market approaches for new product introductions. They are also responsible for brand portfolio management, aligning with corporate frameworks, including marketing plans for newly acquired brands and creative direction of all marketing communications, overseeing brand experience across all marketing and customer, sales and employee touch points. They develop and implement an integrated strategy for digital marketing, including the TE.com website and social media, digital advertising campaigns that lead the marketing community in accelerated adoption of emerging digital and content-centered marketing practices and lead development and delivery of best practice marketing communications by leveraging industry trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights and analysis in developing compelling marketing programs.

The integrated marketing analyst will work closely with global teams to execute marketing plans aligned with the Appliances business goals and priorities targeted to our non-direct customer base. This role will partner with product marketing, digital marketing, channel marketing, marketing operations, sales and product management teams, globally, to execute our go-to-market strategies.

•    Integrated Campaigns: work with the digital, product and channel marketing teams, globally, to design, execute and manage campaigns in omni channels such as paid media, social media, email, etc.
•    Product Marketing: partner closely with the product marketing manager, product management and engineering teams to execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both our new products and core product portfolios 
•    Customer Focus: work closely with digital marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive web-based experiences driving qualified leads through the customer journey
•    Partner with our select marketing team to execute the business priorities, targeting a smaller, fragmented customer base
•    Communications: point of contact to drive local and translated messaging both internally and externally
•    Work with and manage 3-rd party agencies / vendors to execute campaigns and drive exceptional results (example: translations, paid media placements)


•    Bachelor’s degree required.
•    1-2 years working experience in marketing or related field preferred 
•    Strong English vocabulary - both oral and written skills
•    Basic knowledge and understanding of marketing
•    Project experience with marketing campaigns preferred
•    Internship experience or full-time employment with global B2B companies or agencies, or experience with advertising, PR, digital media and social media will be a plus
•    Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of forming excellent relationships at multiple levels of an organization. Proven leadership skills.
•    Quick learner with high self-motivation and enthusiasm 
•    Willing to learn and improve with a can-do attitude
•    Team player with great patience and energy
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks, while being detailed orientated and driving accountability.
