Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.

ROLE OBJECTIVE 

The Integrated & Digital Marketing Analyst is a dual role. ~60% of their time is dedicated to overseeing the marketing project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing projects, (digital) campaigns, events, content localization, and external communications for Medical China. ~40% of their time is dedicated to supporting the Global Medical marketing team with executing website content, SEO monitoring and optimization te.com, product data and other projects related to improving website performance. Excellent communication skills, strong project management skills, strong analytic skills, creative problem-solving skills, and an understanding of the digital marketing landscape in China are required.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Key Responsibilities (Integrated Marketing China): Collaborate closely with China Medical Sales, Global Medical Marketing, and China Center Marketing teams to oversee the marketing project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing projects, (digital) campaigns, events, and external communications for Medical China.
•    Determine campaign strategy and goals.
•    Develop and coordinate campaign elements including campaign calendars, media plans, budget, content calendars, content specifications and presentations.
•    Manage and execute campaign plans including content, graphics, paid media buys, social media and reporting.
•    Coordinate content development with copywriters, graphic designers, translators, and other functional teams as required to ensure content is completed within timeline commitments.
•    Coordinate content approvals with subject matter experts, legal, trademark and regional teams.
•    Localize and create content (videos, collateral, copywriting) targeted at the Chinese market.
•    Internal communications.
•    Plan, organize and execute online and offline events.
Key Responsibilities (Digital Marketing Global): Support the Global Medical marketing team with executing website content, SEO monitoring and optimization te.com, product data and other projects related to improving website performance.
•    Building and activating new as well as updating existing web pages.
•    Conducting keyword research using SEMrush and generating new keyword ideas.
•    Provide, review and analyze data related to digital performance, web analytics and page performance; present results to illustrate insights and enable decision-making.
•    Collaborate with Medical BU in web content creation and offer suggestions.
•    Support Medical BU and collaborate with stakeholders on product data related projects (document management, product imagery, taxonomy, product data completeness)

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

•    BA/BS degree in Marketing or Internet Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE

•    3+ years’ experience in Integrated/Product/Digital Marketing role
•    Experience with WeChat, TikTok and other digital platforms in China
•    Experience with AEM and SEMRush or other similar digital marketing tools a plus
•    Strong communication skills in English
•    Excellent relationship management, presentation and communications skills that establish trust, credibility, and respect
•    Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must
