ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

What your background should look like:

 

Key responsibilities will include: 
•Plan, organize and coordinate meetings, conferences/seminars and corporate hospitality events
•Assist in making travel arrangements and related expense reports
•Draft correspondence, edit documents and take minutes of meetings
•Following up on meeting minutes / agreed actions with the action owner, monitor progress and report deviation to Executive
•Create, maintain, and update various databases and report/present data for management reporting purposes
•Other relevant administrative tasks and problem solve, including processing purchase requisitions and managing department external licenses
•General business support activity including telephone liaison with business intermediaries
•Perform other related dies and managing projects as assigned
•Contributing to creating a positive environment for effective team communication
Experience/Education:                                       
•Bachelor’s degree in English or other related field
•Fluent in English, excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills required
•Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives is preferred
•Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and research skills required
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
•Ability to effectively develop cohesive relationships with management, employees, vendors and visitors
•Advanced knowledge of computers, internet and software (MS Office, SAP)
•Be willing to take responsibility and be accountable
•Honest, hardworking, patient and stable
