Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

What your background should look like:

  • Prepare account plan and key initiatives, to support account growth; including technical events;
  • Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on price, delivery, quality and  technical-related topics concerning TE products/solution.
  • Build up long term corporation partner relationship with key contacts at customer side, including category, NPI and purchasing team;
  • Manage FCST accuracy and demand trend;
  • Co-work with  FE to identify opportunity and help FE to convert must win projects;
  • Proactively interface and communicate with the customer and internal TE stakeholders (including CCP, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders support.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the key stakeholders, involved parties, especially the PM. Coordinate activities with assigned FE
  • Keep self-learning. Understand the customer, the market, competition, technology roadmaps and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions.
