Job Overview
What your background should look like:
- Prepare account plan and key initiatives, to support account growth; including technical events;
- Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on price, delivery, quality and technical-related topics concerning TE products/solution.
- Build up long term corporation partner relationship with key contacts at customer side, including category, NPI and purchasing team;
- Manage FCST accuracy and demand trend;
- Co-work with FE to identify opportunity and help FE to convert must win projects;
- Proactively interface and communicate with the customer and internal TE stakeholders (including CCP, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders support.
- Provide regular project status updates to the key stakeholders, involved parties, especially the PM. Coordinate activities with assigned FE
- Keep self-learning. Understand the customer, the market, competition, technology roadmaps and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions.
