ACCOUNT MANAGER II

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

 

Strategic Planning(15% of the time)
Develop and execute customer strategic account growth plans in line with our strategy and product roadmap. Ensure profitable revenue growth and account penetration.
• Identify core components/cable of strategic territory plans for Key accounts.
• Contributes towards the development/creations of customer roadmaps and communicating through the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders in creating and executing a growth plan for near and long term

Cultivate/Manage Relationships(30% of the time)
Develop relationships with key stakeholders (executive level relationships and key decision makers) at the customer through a sales methodology
• Existent customer management and
potential/leading customers development
• Negotiation including, but not limited to contracts, pricing & delivery monthly
• Build customer partnerships by continually demonstrating a strong value proposition
• Proactively interface and communicate with the customer and internal TE stakeholders to make sure to get stakeholders’ support.

Demand Creation(35% of the time)
Secure wins by ensuring innovation (VOC), value-added propositions, early customer engagement and influencing customer touch points. Maintain Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) through entire sales cycle.
• Accomplishment sales revenue target monthly/yearly
• Determine actions after reviewing dashboards. Will communicate priorities to top manager.
• ECE through positive Customer communication and touchpoints with both internal and external customers.
• Responds to Request For Quote (RFQ) directly from Customer

Market Intelligence(20% of the time)
Deep understanding of customer markets, market share, competitive landscape, opportunities/challenges, technologies, trends and TAM, PAM, SAM.
• Understands PAM, TAM, SAM and market influencers and conditions.
• Drives brand awareness and positioning with our customers (solutions and capabilities).
• Aligns marketing strategies specific to Engine (Cable & Connectors)
• Understands TE products and capabilities across multiple BU

What your background should look like:

- University engineering bachelor or above (Mechanical engineering preferred)
- 3~5 years relative working experience.
- Sales/FAE/Product manager/Project manager/Marketing work experience
- Product knowledge in Engine or Connector or Cable ASM
- Develop credibility & trust resulting in customer “buy in”
- Willing and having capacity to work in stretch & complex situation
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of TE)
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate in English
- Flexibility in working days and travelling
