ACCOUNT MANAGER II

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

Sales Activities
(1) Conduct analysis to identify customer needs. Promote products to customers based on their enquiries to earn sales orders, and provide overall engineer solution for customers' dedicated requirements (with coaching and guidance) to in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share. 
(2) Propose and implement annual sales plan including billing target, nominated projects and past due AR & DSO, etc. 
(3) Cooperate with PM, engineer, operation and related function team to follow up new project schedule and progress.
(4) Follow through urgent goods delivery or special demand with customer service coordinator; and coordinate with Product Engineer and Quality Assurance in resolving products usage and quality issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
(5) Follow up past dues AR and backlog with customer service coordinator in order to reduce AR/backlog.
(6) Update and analyze market opportunity and risk to drive the business increasing direction, which will include, production trends, O-chart update, policy update, competitor update…
(7) Spec in the interface in CAM side
(8) Develop new customers by key applications or related supply chain
(9) Align with the PM and engineering team on the product roadmap and responsible for market promotion

What your background should look like:

Requirement

(1) Bachelor in engineering.
(2) 1 years+ experience, prefer in sales function
(3) Have experience in automotive(Tier1 or Tier2)or electronics related industry is a plus.
(4) Strong communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, logical thinking, proactive, learning and drive for result capabilities.
(5) Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
(6) Good at English in both oral and written.
(7) Technial knowledge
(8) Negotiation and Presentation Skills
