Your main tasks
- Engineering responsibility for series production of multiple product groups, with a primary focus on sealing solutions such as single-wire-seals or radial seals
- Verification and implementation of technical modifications and special designs, ensuring technical feasibility and complete, compliant documentation
- Further development of existing products (e.g. design improments, material changes, dimensional adjustments)
- Independent development of new product variants in the field of single‑wire seals
- Implementation, support, and lifecycle management of technical products
- Close cooperation with production departments and tooling plants at the local site, as well as with product development teams in Collegno (Turin) and across the EMEA region to develop robust technical solutions
- Identification, initiation, and implementation of VAVE and OMP projects across various product lines
Your ideal background
- Successful engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, precision engineering, vehicle engineering or plastics engineering or technical vocational training with appropriate further qualification to the technician.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in product engineering, process development or manufacturing
- Knowledge of methods of analysis (eg. Six Sigma) are an advantage
- Independent and cooperative working style
- Capacity for teamwork and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Good CAD-Skills, preferably Pro Engineer
- Good spoken and written English and Italian skills
- Drive for results behavouir with succesfull track record
- Practical experience in project management
