YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Support to the Supply Chain team as the timely cost-effective procurement, inventory control and planning of production materials
• Adheres to the safety and quality standards/rules of the organization while working within a team environment.
• Create dashboards to support the Supply chain functions and MPS & SOP process
• Reviews and optimizes SAP master data parameters setting along supply chain under the supervision
• Check the external supply of materials (finish goods, components, raw materials) to meet production requirements and correct stock levels in according to the system SAP APO under supervision.
• Daily support about the suppliers.
• Daily orders management and deliveries creations in according to the “ship to request” target.
   

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor/master’s degree in management engineering or equivalent (economics and business)
• Knowledge in supply chain and ERP systems
• Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
• Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Solid in English both written and spoken
• Teamwork skills
• Challenge and dynamic skills.
