Responsibility:
1. Manage the complete sales cycle — from quotation to order closure and payment follow-up.
2. Build and sustain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Achieve or exceed sales targets.
5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
6. Develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
7. Create account plans outlining goals, strategies, and timelines.
8. Monitor account performance and adjust plans as needed.
9. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver client solutions.
10. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
11. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
12. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
13. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
14. Track account performance, revenue growth, and market opportunities proactively
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate (B-Tech – Mechanical, Electrical OR Electronics)
2. Min 3-5 Years Experience in similar field or work area.
3. Job Location: Chennai Tamil Nadu
4. Language : Should know English, Tamil. Further Malayalam/Kannada is an added advantage
5. Should be ready in case of any relocation
