Job Overview
Responsibility:
Focuses on maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing accounts, ensuring continued sales of TE's products or services. Incumbents are tasked with identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from the current client base AND / OR Targeting new business opportunities, specializing in the acquisition of new accounts. Creates awareness and demand for company products.
They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction. Understanding client feedback and working with product development to adapt offerings are crucial. The goal is to sustain and grow the TE's revenue through strategic account management.
Sales & Relationship Management; Hybrid roles within specific geo, industry or client
Levels depending on rev or geo size or complexity of sales or strategic importance of client
GAM, NAM, KAMs etc. to be mapped here and levels are contingent to scope and complexity
