Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER

  • Prestar suporte administrativo ao cliente, informar ou solucionar eventuais problemas relativos a pendências, devoluções, atrasos em entrega, etc;
  • Verificar junto aos setores de expedição, planejamento e produção a posição dos pedidos colocados e comunicar o cliente;
  • Atender solicitações de serviços por parte dos clientes;
  • Lançar os pedidos colocados e atendidos em formulário apropriado ou sistema;
  • Liberar pedidos para emissão de faturamento;
  • Coletar informações para emissão de pedidos, inclusive confirmar dados cadastrais dos clientes.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino superior em curso;
  • Pacote Office completo;
  • Inglês desejável;
  • Prévia atuação com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em São Paulo - SP.
