Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing customer relationship and promoting customer understanding of TE connectivity products /services and align offering.
  • Full responsibility for demand creation, sales/ sales support of the Saudi region (Saudi, Kuweit, Bahrain, Yemen).
  • Lead and implement 2023 Saudi growth strategy
  • Lead Saudi sales/ sales support team, identify and develop resources as the business progress
  • Manage and develop GTM strategies to achieve growth plans
  • General Manager position to handle all government related banking and legal issues on statutory basis
  • Ensuring ECE, customer experience throughout all stages of sales process.
  • Manage/ Communicating proposals and contracts details in accordance to TE strategy.
  • Identifying and capturing new market opportunities and ensure know-how sharing.
  • Proffers ensuring appropriate technical and commercial aspects including prices and sales conditions. As well as AR control and responsibility
  • Preparing the sales plans and risk reviews using the company tools.
  • Focus on delivering Saudi growth Strategy both short/long term with measurable KPIs
  • Leading & growing TE sales business focusing on mix of orders and profitability of TE business in compliance with TE guide lines.
  • Represent TESAL as a statutory GM for Government and Legal matters in Saudi

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Power - MBA preferred
  • Min. 5-7 years experience in technical Sales, Senior Management in the Energy market
  • Senior management skills/ experience
  • fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
  • proven track record in a manager function (people management)
  • sold growth/ success track record
  • international work experience is a plus
