This role functionally manages a transformational project for our European / North American market. This role ensures a holistic review of the portfolio sourced from Outside Group Vendors, securing processes are designed, implemented, and qualified to guarantee outstanding Customer delivery Experience, On time delivery, inventory health, and profitable growth.

The role helps support defining & implementation of our mid long-term strategy to design a robust supply chain upstream to build agility, resiliency and reliability. This is a differentiation to drive sustainable growth.

This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization. This role provides a unique path to grow, while developing both business acumen and technological edge.

This role will report jointly to the Head of DC Planning for Data and Devices “DND” Business Unit.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess overall Outside Group vendors footprint in Europe and Americas
  • Help establish Service level Agreements / Standardization to keep control on the relationship with vendors (Toolings / contracts / Master Datas Integrity
  • Assess Opportunities to rationalize / Simplify (Long tail management)
  • Vendor Performance management & Integration
  • SnOP process / Integration of Vendor in our Close loop for Constraints identification – Mid Long term assessment of risks
  • Proactive management of the constraints and escalation point to Business
  • Coordinate Support Global allocations related to OG vendors
  • Support from an End to End supply chain perspective projects related to Industrial transfers, support facilitate opportunities and work closely with SC Deployment teams

What your background should look like :

  • Master degree ( Preferable )
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Supply chain roles – preferably operational and functional track records
  • 3 to 5+ years in Leadership driving Cross Cultural teams
  • Abilities to drive Projects End to End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management
  • High proficiency in Vendor Management / Procurement / Material Management – Demand / Supply Planning & SnOP a Plus – Customer Experience a must – Manufacturing Planning a Plus
  • Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver)
  • Knowledge of SAP an advantage
  • Strong people & organizational leadership skills: Reliable; Change agent; People oriented; Approachable, Great team player
  • Highly customer centric oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in 1-to-1 situations and group settings
  • Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
  • Language skills: Excellent English / German (verbal / written) a Plus
  • Ability to influence and convince (Strategic)
