Supports the development and execution of commodity strategy for the procurement team and drives the leading indicators like savings pipeline.

Job Requirements

Mineral Compliance & Supply Chain Management

  • Program Management: Partner with Business Process teams to lead proactive supplier management for conflict, extension, and additional minerals.
  • Data Validation: Oversee annual audit campaigns; identify in-scope parts, review reporting templates (CMRT/EMRT), and approve/reject supplier submissions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Monitor smelter risk statuses (High-Risk/Sanctioned) and lead remediation efforts, including the removal of Smelters of Concern.
  • Reporting: Track compliance KPIs (response rates/risk levels) and contribute to annual SEC filings and internal due diligence reports.

Systems & Strategy

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with TEIS and Procurement to ensure data logic, system integration, and Power BI dashboards remain accurate.
  • Training & Awareness: Educate internal operations and suppliers on regulatory requirements and evolving industry standards.
  • Global Collaboration: Coordinate across time zones and functions to ensure supply assurance and regulatory alignment.

Engagement & Documentation

  • Supplier Enablement: Partner with Procurement BUs to train suppliers on TE disclosure requirements and reporting processes.
  • Process Governance: Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, and standard work documents for the RMMP, ensuring strict version control.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical non-conformances to Procurement and Legal teams in accordance with established due process.

What your background should look like

  • Industry Expertise: 10–12 years in supply chain roles within the manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics sectors.
  • Compliance Mastery: Deep knowledge of supply chain compliance, operational modeling, and RBA/Responsible Mineral Initiative (RMI) standards.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven track record in program management, stakeholder engagement, and supplier capacity-building.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert in ERP systems, data mining, and BI applications (e.g., Power BI) for process optimization.
  • Ethics & Governance: Strong familiarity with Supplier Code of Conduct requirements and industry-standard audit schemes.
