Quality Standardization Lead

Job Overview



The Quality Standardization Lead is part of Industrial Quality and will have overall responsibility for the standardization of Quality processes, systems, methodologies and instructions across all global IND manufacturing locations to ensure that goods produced come with consistent quality and competency are consistently being developed faster. The role supports initiatives to align standard Quality processes across the BU and is based on Benchmarking and Best practices replication. Furthermore, the role develops and implements plans to support process audits, improvements, and problem-solving.



  • Manage standardization of Quality processes, using tools  and methodologies to drive improvement across Industrial BU
  • Collect available guidelines and best practices as input for standardization to avoid waste and be effective
  • Assist plants to solve complex and difficult technical problems by teaching a structured problem-solving methodology. Reinforced by coaching and developing Problem Solvers 
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within INDUSTRIAL.
  • Identifying opportunities for process and best -practices adoption, developing and adjusting SOPs to align with the standardization plan
  • Coordinate activities through various teams to promote standardization of processes, systems, and methodologies.
  • Conduct Internal Process Audits, and support customer audits.
  • Monitor corrective actions from process audits and ensure their completion.



  • Minimum 4 years experience in Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, etc) deployment in the manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 2 years Shainin Journeyman (preference) and/or Six Sigma Belt
  • Experience in working in a multi-site environment
  • Preferable experience in Advanced Industries (Automotive, Aerospace, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of problem-solving and corrective action implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate all levels of the organization.
  • Strong team formation and leadership skills.
  • Experience in coaching and training
  • Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Mistake-Proofing.
  • Knowledge of Minitab.
  • Advanced English
