This is a high-impact, global Product Manager role focused on driving growth, profitability, and innovation across TE’s AutoSport and Wildcat product lines. Acting as a “mini-GM,” you'll own the full product lifecycle, define strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and partner with teams worldwide to enhance customer value and business performance.

Your main tasks:

  • Define and execute product strategy for AutoSport and Wildcat connector lines

  • Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and market growth

  • Collaborate with global Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams

  • Lead NPI initiatives and support successful product launches

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking

  • Optimize pricing, margins, and forecast accuracy

  • Address quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction issues

  • Support internal and external stakeholders with product knowledge and training

Your ideal background:

  • 5+ years in product management, sales, marketing, or project management
  • Strong understanding of technical customer requirements and application
  • Industry experience and network within the AutoSport market
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen
  • Ability to build cross-functional and customer relationships globally
  • Self-starter with strong organization and results orientation
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or a technical field
