Job Overview

 

The Digital Data Networks business unit of TE Connectivity has an opportunity for a Product Manager for the Internal Cable and Connector product team, based in US. The Product Manager needs to assist global product managers to accelerate NPI process, improve response time to market, as well as executing footprint strategies. This role must closely collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from Engineering, Procurement, Operations to develop product portfolio as well as drive cost reductions to improve overall ICC portfolio margin. This role also needs to work closely with Sales and FAE teams to support key customers in NA and drive ICC revenue growth together with global PMs. 

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Understand ICC product design, BOM, process and market price to define should cost
  • Conduct competitive analysis 
  • Drive cost reductions including NPI key programs as well as PNs in HVM phase to improve overall ICC portfolio margin.
  • Support business growth by refining marketing collaterals & customer visits   
  • Assist global product managers to accelerate NPI process and improve response time to market. 
     

What your background should look like:

 

  • 1-3 years of product management and/or project management experience
  • Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of the product strategies and the relevant business plans with the ability to execute 
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams and to build strong relationships both internally and externally

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $81,000 – 121,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
