To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience, which includes: 


  • Key duties include but not limited to managing full life-cycle recruiting process
  • Cultivate trust and build relationships partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiters/Sourcers meeting the goals and metrics for the team, and running your day-to-day priorities.
  • You will also assist in the development of high-level recruiting strategies, including the management of difficult to fill, senior level and high profile positions for special projects.
  • Planning and contributing on project teams to proactively recruit with comprehensive and leading-edge recruiting and sourcing techniques. 
  • Be a knowledgeable subject matter expert within Talent Acquisition and the businesses you support, being sought out as the trusted advisor on the team establishing plans, defining strategies, and delivering solutions that redefine the way we recruit for senior talent through market data and competitive intelligence
  • Consulting with hiring managers and HR to develop candidate profile in alignment with the organization’s job framework
  • Ensures hiring manager experience through top-tier communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview formatting
  • Tracking and reporting metrics for Global Staffing recruiting efforts (i.e. ATS Utilization, source, time to fill, diversity, etc.)

What your background should look like:


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 7+ years of recruitment project management experience with the ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities while providing the high levels of customer service
  • Experience in full lifecycle candidate and job requisition management including intake, identification, interview preparation, and closing, i.e. compensation negotiation, debriefs.
  • Strong executive presence and instant credibility coupled with excellent influencing, communication, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management


Nice to Haves: 


  • Previous experience working for an Industrial Technology and Manufacturing organization
  • Experience recruiting for different functional areas of Industrial Engineering and Technology, Operations, etc.

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $80,000 – $100,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
