The ICT business unit HR – Plant serves as a strategic business partner and trusted  partner to Plant Leaders and EMEA senior Management. This position is located on-site only. 

 

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • The Project Manager Sustaining Projects AUT EMIA is responsible for initiating, preparing, executing, monitoring and actively driving replacement, duplication and cost improvement projects within AUT EMIA
  • Serve as the HR site leader for Rimavská Sobota site, acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership and aligning HR support with key business initiatives
  • Partner with the broader HR network to deliver strategic talent solutions, organizational design, and effectiveness initiatives, fostering a One HR mindset
  • Provide guidance on leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline strategies to support long-term organizational growth
  • Champion diversity, engagement, and inclusion efforts, with a global mindset and focus on creating equitable access to development and information
  • Coach and support managers on performance, team effectiveness, and employee development to enhance leadership capability and culture
  • Lead and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and a respectful, inclusive workplace
  • Design and implement talent development initiatives including stretch assignments, mentoring, and targeted training programs
  • Lead HR project management efforts related to workforce, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact HR initiatives, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and timely execution

 

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred
  • 5+ years of experience within Human Resource; Ideal candidate will have previous experience within the manufacturing environment of a global matrix organization
  • Generalist capacity, offering a broad range of expertise within HR 
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in a matrix environment requiring influencing skills and a proven track record in successful change management
  • Fluency in English and Slovakian required
