Job Requirements
- Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes for compound materials.
- Use engineering fundamentals to solve routine technical issues.
- Operate and troubleshoot compounding equipment (twin screw extruders, batch mixers, Henschel blenders).
- Update SAP information, including BOMs, routings, PI sheets, and run conditions.
- Create documentation (DWRs) and act as the link between operations and development teams.
- Support and lead small‑scale projects.
- Identify and solve process issues using data and root‑cause analysis.
- Support daily manufacturing operations.
- Apply Six Sigma/Lean tools to improve quality, efficiency, and processes.
- Use good judgment, creativity, and initiative to complete assignments.

What your background should look like

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.

- Associate degree in an engineering field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of compounding/manufacturing experience.
- Experience using SAP to update BOMs, routings, and process information.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn, analyze, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to identify root causes and solutions.
- Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision once given direction.
- Must be proficient in English.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $107,800 – $161,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
