Key Responsibilities and Duties
1) Analyze and troubleshoot IT Standard Systems:
Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and improve overall efficiency.
2) Design and implement solutions:
Develop and deploy new or improved IT Infrastructure Solutions and processes along with the other TEIS towers, ensuring they meet organizational requirements.
3) Evaluate new technologies:
Research and assess the suitability of new technologies for the organization, considering factors like compliance, compatibility, cost, and benefits.
4) Provide technical support:
Offer guidance and assistance to end-users on IT Standard systems and applications. Support Infrastructure needs for BIMIT solutions, based on the BIMIT Framework.
5) Communicate technical information:
Clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences including top executives.
6) Document systems and processes:
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
7)Compliance and Security
Support Security team initiatives, comply standard TEIS Policy (TEC-06-88 Global Information Technology Policy)and Support Audits.
8) Asset management
Maintain IT asset inventory
Skills and Qualifications
1)Technical expertise:
Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, databases, and operating systems.
2) Analytical and problem-solving skills:
Ability to identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
3) Communication skills:
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and engage with users and stakeholders.
4) Problem-solving abilities:
Ability to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and implement changes in IT Standard systems and applications.
5) Project management skills:
Ability to manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring in your region or site location.
6) Teamwork and collaboration:
Ability to work effectively with other TEIS teams, towers and stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience:
A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant experience can also be a substitute.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience:
Typically, a few years of experience in IT roles, such as technical support, systems administration, or business analysis, is expected for this level.
