Develops and oversees initiatives for continuous improvement programs to improve the efficiency, quality, and performance of the products and processes.

Job Requirements

• Tracking, providing updates regarding the status of the continuous improvement activities and collaborating with the line managers and associates regarding communication.
• Driving safety, quality, and efficiency measures, following up with continuous improvement activities related to kaizen and driving execution.
• Providing expertise and assistance in the implementation of lean tools, managing control functions, and updating them for best practices and process maps.
• Evaluating the training effectiveness, relevance, and application to the current role and mentoring them in implementing the efficient standard work procedures.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
