Job Overview

Supports the development and continuous improvement of business quality management systems and facilities.

Your main tasks

  • * Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectation in terms of quality, certifications, and reactivity within the delivery plan. 
    * Ensure deployment of quality indicators and targets in manufacturing area. 
    * Receive and lead 8D meetings to solve customer claim / internal critical issues with the inputs of a multidisciplinary team. 
    * Achieve / maintain IATF 16949 certification audits without NCs.
    * Support internal and external audits. 
    * Participate in Scrap improvement action plan. 
    * Ensure the update and the compliance with control plans and PFMEA.
    * Prepare and submit PPAP documentation to customer. 
    * Ensure all elements (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PSW, etc.) are complete. 
    * Identify and mitigate risks during project transfer or launch. 
    * Document lessons learned for future projects. 

Your ideal Background

Master degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering , or related field
At least 2 years of experience within connector, Molding or cable assembly, in Quality department
•Working Knowledge on specific product and process is a plus (e.g., Molding) 
• familiar with the tools related to supplier APQP process, include but not limit to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, R@R and 8D. 
• Thorough knowledge of Problem-Solving tools 
• Process Auditor Skills mandatory 
• SAP basic knowledge is a plus 
• Presentation skills 
• Communication and negotiation skills.
