Job Requirements

•    Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering superior quality standards and timely support.
•    Lead, mentor, and develop quality team members to maximize organizational performance.
•    Oversee and maintain the site’s Global Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.
•    Build strong relationships with Production, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless quality integration.
•    Resolve quality issues using root cause analysis (preferably using 8D methodology) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Maintain robust measurement systems and deliver accurate monthly quality metrics on time.
•    Provide training in statistical methods and quality tools to enhance team capability.
•    Manage internal changes in alignment with global change management procedures.
•    Drive daily process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams and ensure monthly targets are met.
•    Handle customer engagements for action closures, visits, and documentation requirements.
•    Collaborate closely with the Head of Quality to implement Zero Defect processes and foster a culture of excellence.
•    Experienced in managing suppliers and assessing their performance for compliance and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

•    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / Electronics
•    10–13 years of experience in manufacturing, including 3–5 years in a leadership role managing Quality. Additionally, 4–5 years of experience in the electronics industry focused on aerospace product assembly and manufacturing.
•    Knowledge of connectors/wire harness/assembly manufacturing is preferable, combined with explicit knowledge on Quality tools, Systems and Processes, Audits, Six Sigma, MSA , PFMEA, Control plans, PPAP
•    Six Sigma certification / Shainin Red X will be added advantage
•    Knowledge of Connectors/ Low Voltage/ High Voltage / RFO cable Assemblies are preferred.
•    Prior experience in managing key global aerospace customers such as Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Embraer..

COMPETENCIES
•    Strong knowledge and practical experience of quality tools including, but not limited to, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5W problem solving tools, PPAP and FAI’s.
•    Experience in complying with customer, statutory and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
