Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

POSITION SUMMARY
Manages the activities involved in analyzing talent management needs and in implementing appropriate solutions for Learning and Leadership development, Engagement & Inclusion, and/or Organizational Effectiveness..  Key responsibilities include:

• Joins in partnership with other HR professionals to assess and implement organizational development programs, processes and training initiatives to support organizational strategies. 
• Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of implemented programs to ensure identified organizational benefits are achieved, and implements an improvement plan when needed. 
• Provides guidance and information to employees and managers about talent management programs and policies. 
• Develops and/or approves content, methods, and materials for training employees/managers and may conduct courses. 
• Identifies, evaluates, and maintains relationships with suppliers in order to meet training needs and comply with purchasing policies. 
• Supervises, motivates, assesses performance and devel
ops of a team of talent management professionals to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/HR FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment required.
• Typically requires minimum 3+ years of professional working experience in Talent Management preferred.
• Demonstrated success facilitating programs in a classroom and/or virtual environment.
• Experience in managing comprehensive learning and development programs from end to end.
• Breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields,has served as a generalist for organizations with differing business models and complexity will be a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
