Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:
Daily GM/Operations Assistance                                                                   

1. Administrate GM's logistics;
2. Assist GM on scheduling travel, meeting, appointments and other commercial activities;
3. Receive the Po/Payment, reports from relative department and sent to GM for approval and follow the next steps;
4. Feedback the GM approval to other departments;
5. Transfer and communicate the management decision to related departments.
6. Administrate VIP guests' logistic (such as meeting arrangement, Dinner arrangement, transportation ets.) with G&A or other relative departments. In order to provide daily assistance to GM and operation timely and correctly; guarantee GM's logistic and daily work timely and smoothly.

Business Operations Support                                                                                    

1. Collect and prepare reports from different departments, check the content and wording and sent to GM for review and approval, then release the report.
2. Collect reports and presentations from departments to prepare presentations for GM.
3. Action item/ management meeting minutes follow up. 
4. Draft reports and presentations for business review
In order to Make the report and presentation timely and accuracy and make sure the action item from management meeting was executed on schedule.

Communication & Government Relationship                                                                                                  

1. Convey well and truly GM's or Company's opinions/information to inside or Outside;
2. Prepare and collect related material and coordinate with corporate compliance department and other related department;
3. Coordinate or implement other government relation related affairs with G&A Department
4. Maintain Wechat and publish company information to employees correct and on time.
5. Contact window of internal and external media.
6. Lead government supportive project application and seek for more  opportunities for support funds.
7. Manage GM hotline and follow up voice of employees on operations optimization etc.
In order to keep good relationship with government, make more exposure of Qingdao plant to inside and outside, let everyone knows company's information clearly.

 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Administration or Business management. 
2. Min 3 years and above similar working experiences.
3. Manufacturing industry background is preferred.
4. Fluent in English and Office software skills.
5. Strong data sense.
6. Good service sense, can work under pressure, self-motivator, detail orientated.
7. Pro-active and quick react.
