Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors. They design, recommend revisions and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment. Out teams develop, implement and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and recommend corrective actions if necessary. They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing standards and specifications, quality control and reliability programs governing materials, product and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action and customer communication.
质量文件制定及修订 Quality Documens Preparation and Revise.
1. 基于产品和制造过程和质量控制程序,识别关键的质量控制过程,准备DQIP、Workmanship、Control Plan.
Identify the key process basing on quality control and assure process quality.
Prepare DQIP, workmanship and Control Plan, and quality control document according to procedure.
2. 根据产品及过程要求,评估和批准产品的Setup&FAAR。
Basing on product, Process and procedure, review and approve Setup and FAAR report.
3. 评估和编制 产品的MSA (GRR)报告, 确保产品检测gage和仪器的有效性。
Do assessment on product and measurement tool, prepare MSA (GRR) report. Calibrate the inspection equipment as gage and process inspection machine to assure the efficiency.
4. 参与制定PFMEA,确保过程的质量风险得到有效控制
Assure the process risk control basing on efficient PFMEA.
5. NCR & QA instruction 的准备,确保过程不合格得到有效处置
NCR& QA insptruction prepare and confirmation, assure the good control on nonconfirming parts.
客户质量控制 Customer Quality
1. 及时应对客户投诉/反馈,保证客户满意
Fast response for customer complaints to dirve customer satisfication
2. 损伤推动客户反馈在工厂内的持续改善 Dirve internal improvement and expansion based on customer complaints
3. 客户8D报告的编写汇报,TECHS系统操作。
8D report prepare and TECHS system handling.
过程改善 Process Improvement
1. 与技术部门和生产部门合作,识别、分析生产过程问题
In association with engineering department and production department to identify and analyze problems of production process, find out the root cause of failures
2. 定期进行过程能力分析和产品过程不良分析,提高系统产品适应性与稳定性,
Do process capability analysis and defect statistic analysis, to increasing the product & process quality
3. 与项目有关部门和人员合作,及时进行有效质量评估,确保新项目的进行。
NPI product and process study to assure the NPI goes well on quality control.
4. 参与过程改善,并对方案实施以及效果追踪
Engage process improvement, confirm implementing and tracking effects and results

What your background should look like:
教育,技术资格和经验Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
1. 大学本科学历,理工科优选
Bachelor degree in technical or related major.
2. 要求1年以上质量管理工作经验, 有连接器工作经验优先
Minimum 1 year working experience in Quality management, connector working experience preferred.
3. 英语可以作为工作语言
English can be working language
4. 熟悉质量管理工具和改善工具,如MSA、SPC、FACA等
Familiar with quality management tools, such as MSA, SPC, FACA etc
