SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER
Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering Teams significantly impact LEANPD driven new product development projects, driving for excellence in existing manufacturing technologies and methods and striving to implement new manufacturing technologies to provide improved process and tolerance control. They act as the binding element between product development and manufacturing engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface. They support Product Development in the optimization of designs and piece parts for manufacturability by realizing sample tooling/products/prototypes. They also design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet TE quality and production standards, document all processes and tooling in applicable TE systems, support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability, initiate and implement programs to continuously improve quality, cost and cycle time and adhere to all appropriate specifications, regulatory requirements and customer requirements.
工作职责:Job Responsibility
1. 开发连接器非标自动化设备,执行开发可行性评估,自动机机构设计和图纸绘制,跟进设备的零件制作,安装和调试,及时解决调试和试产中出现的问题直到设备交付。
Develop connector non-standard automatic equipment, Evaluate the new auto machine feasibility. Execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, follow parts fabrication and machine setup & conditioning , To solve problems in conditioning and trial run before machine delivery to mass production.
2.完成设备工程文件的制作和归档,评估设备设计成本统计及控制.
Compile machine engineering document and filing , estimate and control machine cost
3.制定并执行设计标准化规范, build and execute automation design standard
4.参与现有自动机及自动线设计改进,提高产量及生产效率,减少生产不良及报废。
Participate in existing machine design upgrading ,improve capacity ,efficiency, yield rate and scarp rate.
5.外购自动化设备或生产线的导入. Handle machine or auto assembly line establish by external auto machine suppliers.
6. Provide Detail Process Definition and Requirements to Automation Team or Supplier for Auto MC development.
7. Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design.
8. Lead Design Review, DFM Review and document to optimize product design, process design and tooling design
9. FACA /QCPC improvement at yield and rate
What your background should look like:
1. 8年以上非标自动化设备开发设计经验,能独立完成整机机构设计;有连接器或精密电子行业经验优先。
8 years work experience in non-standard automatic machine design, Can complete the whole machine mechanism design independently , Experience in connector or precision electronics industry is preferred
2. 熟练掌握机械传动,气动,伺服及元器件的选型;了解精密零件加工原理.
Familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, servo and component selection; Understand machining principle of precision parts well
3. 熟练使用Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD等设计软件;Familiar with Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD design software
4. 良好的逻辑思维,团队精神和创新意识;较强的时间观念和责任意识,能承受较大工作压力。
Good logical thinking, teamwork and innovation consciousness; strong sense of responsibility, can work under great pressure.
5. 机械相关专业,大学本科以上学历. Mechanical engineering or equivalent major is required, Bachelor Degree
