Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Technical Engineering Support Teams analyze, test and assist in research for the development of products and processes. Team members may specialize in quality control or assurance, chemical manufacturing processes, metals, electrical connectors and components, process development, materials, and/or instrumentation. They may also handle calibration, displays, network control, mold development and audiovisual work or environmental health and safety. The Technical Engineering Support Teams are responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. They plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. They evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. At times, they may work directly with customers to understand needs, gather customer requirements, identify resources and assess project risks. They create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication, for non-technical and technical users.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:
1.    根据模具图纸(3D/2D)进行模具注塑模具组立工作,包括零件研配等。
New Mold Assembly based on Tooling drawing, include mold part seat grinding
2.    熟练使用、操作Sumitomo , FANUC , Nisei 精密注塑机
Professional operate the general mold injection MC, especially Sumitomo, FANUC, Nisei 
3.    熟悉工程塑料的应用包括LCP, PBT, PA 等 
Familiar with Mold material and application about LCP, PBT, PA etc.
4.    针对试产过程中的问题进行模具调试 和问题分析并建议改善方案(如果是模具设计问题) 
New Mold parameters conditioning/debugging and trouble shooting and proposal action plan during the mold sampling and pilot running 
5.    参与注塑新模具的DFM 设计评审并给与设计改善建议
Mold design DFM will be involved during new mold design 
6.    配合注塑工程师 进行 注塑模具工艺DOE 试验, 具体实施和数据收集
Molding DOE running and data collection based on Mold MPDE DOE design 
7.    配合Mold 工程师完成 新模具的FAAR 和CPK 相关工作
Support mold MPDE about New Mold FAAR and CPK  
8.    配合Mold 工程师完成 新模具的FTAR 和 模具验收工作
Support mold MPDE for new mold FTAR and tooling approval 
9.    模具工艺/技术挑战和成本优化
Challenge Molding process technical about Manufacturability and costing

 

Qualifications:
1.    中专或大专及以上教育背景, 机械,机械电子,模具专业优先
Technical secondary school, junior college education background about mechanical, Mold design and   Manufacturing   
2.    5+ 精密连接器 注塑模具装配,组立,调试经验,有 SOCKET BASE HSG 相关经验优先
5+ yrs. in High precision mold assembly and conditioning experience in Connector industry, especially socket base hsg mold experience 
3.    看懂模具图纸,零件图,组立图,产品图
Understood well about mold drawing, include 3D, 2D dwg., Assy dwg., product dwg. 
4.    懂机加工工艺
Know well about part fabrication process
5.    良好的团队合作及沟通协调能力
Good teamwork and communication skills
6.    良好的注塑模具调试问题分析及问题解决能力
Good molding process issues analyzing and quickly trouble shooting ability 
7.    基于模具问题和项目要求快速响应,并在一定压力下工作的能力
Effective response and activity about new molding issues and project schedule, can work under pressure.
