oversees specific aspects of QMS within their assigned sites or functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Managing and improving specific QMS processes or functions within their area of responsibility.
  • Ensuring adherence to QMS standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Leading QMS project teams and delivering results.
  • Coaching and guiding less experienced QMS staff within their site or function.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
